"The skills that the students learn are really an international language that is understood by anyone, even those not educated in the arts. What I appreciate about teaching is that I know that what my students are walking away with is more than just notes, theory, and melody. They are walking away with the ability to communicate with anyone in the world with a language that transcends words and gestures, it is pure emotion." -
